Talent Advisor with Spanish and English
Position Purpose:
Join our Global Talent Attraction team! Due to our expansion, we are looking for a new colleague, a Talent Advisor with German and English language. You will have a possibility to work with JTI entities in the Western Europe region continuing to engage and attract the most diverse talents. Our team focuses on recruiting employees to all functions like: Sales, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Legal, Research and Development, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing etc., giving you an opportunity to be a valuable partner for our entities. We look for a true Talent Advisor who will provide in-depth market insights to our Hiring Managers and ensure best-in-class candidate experience.

What will you do – responsibilities:
- Western Europe Markets support
- Delivering and managing end-to-end recruitment process in line with company’s Talent Attraction standards and metrics (setting briefing call, job posting in line with sourcing strategy using the most applicable channels, LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn market insights, long list and short list creation based on competency-based interviews, coordination of Hiring Manager interviews, administration of assessment tools, job offer stage support)
- Becoming a reliable business partner for local P&C and Hiring Managers in respective markets
- Providing each Hiring Manager with guidance to ensure their awareness of the process and compliance requirements and market factors, advising on the best and most effective recruitment channels
- Managing related reporting and ensure timely communication with Hiring Manager and local P&C during the process
- Building a network of Talents by ensuring great candidate experience and promote JTI's employer brand; maintenance of Talent Pools and ongoing engagement of quality candidates
Who are we looking for – requirements:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience as a recruiter, agency experience is an added value
- Experience working with international clients and candidates, in a Shared Service environment would be extremely beneficial
- Spanish and English– fluent, other languages would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process and sourcing strategies
- Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
- MS Office package user
