The role:

The Performance Management Analyst is required to ensure delivery of stable and constantly improving services of Performance Management team across the company. This includes: Performance Management tool maintenance and administration, access and usage handling, maintenance of applicable documentation, safeguarding data integrity, appropriate communication and training to all stakeholders. Also, the analyst will provide in-depth analysis of BSC/PPO organization. In addition, the role is responsible for reporting KPIs as an element of BSC core service delivery, managing changes to the KPIs and supporting business transformation projects.


Main areas of responsibility:

  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor target achievements in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the Business Service Centre and the markets, throughout the KPI lifecycle with their maturity, benchmarking activities internally with BSC and/or shared services industry and/or other industry leaders, when required;
  • Support in the development of Performance Management or other equivalent tools (performance dashboard, data analytics etc.) according to assignment and priorities and across the entire company. Key activities:

- streamlining data loads from different sources (excel, access, BW, SAP);

- understand the ERP logics and ensure data quality and consolidation;

- identify trends and abnormalities in data populations;

- communicate with stakeholders to clarify gaps and provide narratives for the analyzed data;

- managing reporting tools and adherence to regular presentation cadence (data inputs, - clean up, analysis, dashboarding);

- maintain reporting process documentation and trainings.


What are we looking for?


You as a professional:

  • University Degree (IT, Engineering, Finance, Statistics);
  • At least 1-3 years in a large multinational organization in accounting functions or business process improvement or data analysis & reporting in any equivalent functions;
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint,  knowledge of SQL, VBA, Access;
  • Experience in working with SharePoint;
  • Well versed working with structured data and familiar with basic KPI calculations
  • Experience in Business Intelligent software Power BI or equivalent to transform data into meaningful information will be a plus;
  • Knowledge in shared services information systems, ERP systems or SAP will be an advantage;
  • Good command of the English Language (both written and oral).
