SAP Compliance Analyst


What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • Support the SAP BIS module in S/4HANA (Business Integrity Screening in SAP Assurance and Compliance Software) and configure BP (Business Partners).
  • Business Relationship Management - develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
  • Having the ownership of the application support with focus on incidents, changes, and service requests (2nd level of IT support).
  • Other Changes and Projects for applications in scope of the Global Compliance team: support and serve as back up as needed and agreed in the team.
  • Perform necessary checks with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other IT teams.
  • Map identified requirements from the business to the compliance solutions portfolio.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of solution database (creating knowledge base articles and validating them).
  • Develop and maintain relations with 3rd party support and vendors and provide support.



Who are we looking for - Requirements:


  • Have university degree
  • Have at least 2-years working experience in configuration of SAP ERP, especially an experience to configure BP (Vendors, Customers, Banks)
  • Have knowledge of IT tools (Azure, SharePoint, SAP Architecture concept) and processes (e.g. IT Changes management).
  • Have fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Have excellent Business Relationship Management skills
  • Have ability to listen and understand questions/problems being communicated by end-users
  • Analytical thinking
  • Will be a plus if you have SAP BIS expertise and ITIL certificate
