Non-Tobacco Materials Cost Planning Manager
What is the purpose of the role?
Support Company-wide planning, control, and analysis of Non-Tobacco Materials (NTM) prices, specifications, and costs with a major focus on ASP period.
The successful candidate will actively contribute to the preparation of NTM ASP cost analysis while supporting the implementation One VMC concept, supporting Brand Groups and markets in making cost-efficient product design and specification decisions, comprising analytical NTM roadmaps of Global NTM cost trends, and analyzing NTM variances vs standard costs in Factory Market.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Actively participating in ASP NTM cost planning, analysis, and reporting processes in close collaboration within GSC, including Procurement and Logistic, supporting the team in executing various tasks
- Support factories in NTM cost planning, reporting and analysis to ensure their correctness and accuracy for Actuals /LEs / ASP cycles
- Improve of NTM SIT evaluation model, NTM VMC disaggregation for the whole GSC
- Ensure the correctness of SKU NTM standards and actual costs, validation of product mix and Forex impacts
- Support factories during CRO preparation for the whole GSC
- Supervise and coordinate PLM costing requests coming from Brand Groups, working in close coordination with M&S, R&D, GSC Global Functions and Factories
- Provide support in tracking and quantifying Company-wide NTM specification/optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in Global Supply Chain within the factory finance team of 3 to 5 years
- Good understanding of GSC Finance processes and systems and strong analytical skills
- Expertise in product cost and advanced skills in variance analysis
- Good knowledge of Non-Tobacco Materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP financial modules and BW is essential. VBA, Power BI, and other automation-focused tech solutions are considered as strong advantage
- Good interpersonal and project management skills, ability to work independently and coordinate tasks with multiple functions
- Fluency in English, and good computer skill
