Legal Technology Specialist

As a Legal Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the legal and compliance functions through innovative technology solutions. You will contribute to implementing, administering, and enhancing legal tech platforms and workflows. This includes managing user requests, improving legal tech services, developing dashboards, and supporting global stakeholders across Legal, IT, Procurement, and other business functions

Position

As the Legal Technology Specialist, you will:

• Support global teams in using legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, matter management, e-signature).
• Manage user access, workflows, and system configurations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate contract and invoice workflows in line with governance.
• Drive improvements in legal tech services and knowledge sharing
  

Requirements

• intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)

• hands-on experience with Power BI; ability to build and maintain dashboards

• proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like ServiceNow is a plus

• fluent English (C1 level); strong written and verbal communication skills

• ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment

• an understanding of legal workflows or experience with legal tech tools is a plus
