Legal Technology Senior Specialist

 

The purpose of the position is to provide services and guidence to the users of legal technology solutions in order to enable effective and efficient performace of duties by legal departments of JTI entities embraced by GBS services.

Main areas of responsibility:

 

  • Providing guidance and support to JTI entities in terms of the usage of lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutions.
  • Configurating, administrating and governaning of contract lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutions, as required or as directed by line manager.
  • Managing and administrating within legal technology solutions: contract and document templates, contracting process, stages, input and output,  stakeholder governance meetings.
  • Acting with autonomy on solving problems related to platforms and systems under one's responsibility.
  • Supporting and training junior team members in their daily responsbilities.

 

You as a professional:

 

  • Have a relevant University degree.
  • Previous shared services experience will be a plus, preferably in a legal context, but not necessarily required.
  • Strong command of the English Language (oral and written).
  • Strong problem solver and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
