Legal Technology Expert
Position:
The position is responsible for providing support to users of legal technology solutions in a global legal organization.
As Legal Technology Expert you will use:
- Knowledge of and experience with usage, configuration, administration and governance of contract lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutions
- Experience in managing contract and document templates, contracting process, stages, stakeholders, input and output
- Experience with setting up self-service solutions in legal, risk compliance, obligations management, audit facilitation, workload reporting, single "source of truth" for the organization
- Experience in using Sharepoint, PowerBI, advanced MS Office functionalities
- Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s reques
Requirements
- University education
- Previous shared services experience will be a plus, preferably in a legal context, but not necessarily required
- Fluent English
- Good overall knowledge of MS Office, IT systems, excellent oral and written communication skills, learning on the fly ability, very well organized problem solver
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI; ability to build and maintain dashboards
