Intelligent Automation Lead

 

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

As the technology lead for Intelligent Automation (IA) initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS), you will develop & implement the IA strategy & roadmap, define & build the new IA capability to support GBS, onboard & work with a managed service provider, and build up the internal JTI capability over a period of time.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

New Automations to support the productivity agenda:

  • understand of IA landscape, supplier`s products, and product roadmaps; take responsibility for identifying & implementing new solutions in GBS fostering innovation & automation mindset
  • support GBS functional experts & leaders to identify ideas/use cases for automation to the pipeline; assess technical feasibility, assign potential solutions and estimate resources required for the realization; recommend the delivery model and ensure technical execution

Operations:

  • define and manage the operational support process for all productionised IA solutions ensuring KPIs are met
  • ensure all defects and production issues are addressed, suitably tested and documentation updated
  • take ownership of the management of the existing GBS macros; review their future (re-platforming or making redundant)

Business Relationship Management:

  • develop relationships & work directly with customers to understand their needs and priorities; share industry trends & supplier product roadmaps to ensure delivery of high quality solutions
  • build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (internally and externally)

Service Delivery (Vendor Management):

  • contract creation & management ensuring all legal aspects are covered from a service delivery perspective
  • measure and report on service delivery KPIs
  • manage open issues and enhancements with 3rd party product teams

People management:

  • recruit, motivate and provide for the development of the team both professionally & technically

Legal and data compliance:

  • ensure a consistent application of computer controls that support financial audit requirements and compliance with corporate IT security policies, procedures and standards
  • ensure that legal/statutory requirements are met including ongoing personal data protection compliance

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • We trust that 5-8 years in a similar role will set you up for success
  • Experience in: Agile, DevOps, ITIL, SAP/ERP systems and core automation technologies (e.g. RPA, NLP/NLG, OCR/ICR, AI, & M/C Learning)
  • You think strategically and analytically to define the best solutions and fulfill organisation’s needs on a long run
  • Global projects implementation experience
  • You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders/customers, have a continuous improvement mindset, build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and externally
  • Strong leadership skills help you in motivating the team around common goals and developing their capabilities continuously
  • We work in English
  • University degree in Information Technology
