An experienced, enthusiastic and results-oriented IT security professional is needed for the role of

Integration Security Manager

Based in Warsaw, Poland


This position is a global IT position to ensure consistent security standards and best practices are applied in the context of new company acquisitions.

The objectives of this position are to manage the analysis and assessment requests and provide security guidance for both new and currently existing infrastructure, projects and systems, and to ensure that company security standards are consistently maintained and applied globally. The scope includes applications, network and infrastructure security fields.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the security assessments for both currently existing and new infrastructure, projects and systems to mitigate security risks.
  • Provide a cost-effective set of perimeter defenses driven by the technical information security strategy and business requirements.
  • Co-ordinate appropriate security risk reviews and audits (both local and global) and follow-up on recommended corrective actions or solutions.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of compliance requirements.
  • Plan proactively, coordinate and lead infrastructure security assignments in the context of new company acquisitions.
  • Identify information security weaknesses and/or gaps in infrastructure and systems security assessments.
  • Perform periodic review of current security processes, procedures, design and configuration.
  • Stay up to date on current standards, security solutions in the market, laws and regulatory requirements in security field.


Main requirements

  • University degree in Computer Engineering/Information Systems/related field or relevant experience.
  • Min. 5 years of Technical Security management and experience in the IT environment in an international corporation.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure: Network, Internet, Cloud Platforms, applications and databases, operating systems — Windows, Unix and Linux, hypervisors.
  • Desirable is knowledge of OT security considerations, including ICS and safety systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Security and ability to understand security requirements in a business context.
  • Fluent English written and spoken is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with ability to build relations with key stakeholders and users.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Innovator who can bring fresh ideas with a self-driving attitude.
  • Analytical, organized and efficient problem solver.
  • Good listening skills, flexibility and patience.
  • This position will require extensive travel (up to 40-45% of working time).
