Information Security Training & Awareness Manager


Based in Warsaw, Poland
 

 

The fast evolution of the digital age has left all generations within JTI at varying levels of understanding of how and what to secure on the internet which leaves them vulnerable to cybercrime, which can impact them at home and at work. If you join us, you will develop, foster and promote a strong security culture across JTI globally. You will make sure our people are educated and informed about how to protect themselves and how to take responsibility for the trust JTI puts in them every day. You will work as part of the Information Security team based in Warsaw.

What will you actually do?


•    The job we offer is very diverse: one day you might be writing communication content and the next day you may be sitting with a local management team explaining how small changes make a big difference in protecting their business from the growing threat of cybercrime.
•    Look for creative and innovative ways to effectively communicate timely information safe guarding techniques to many different JTI audiences across the globe.
•    Suggest and implement initiatives to ensure that your IT colleagues understand the relevance and criticality of securing JTI data through careful education of cause and effect.
•    Continue to develop and manage existing IT security communication plans: e.g. annual i-secure awareness campaign & internal certification.
•    You will master your understanding and then translation of technical terms into simple business language.
•    Develop and oversee IT controls management training.
•    Research current cyber threat trends.
•    Interact with many different stakeholders to help convey your message efficiently.
•    Collaborate closely with our IT Communication team, Risk Managers and Security Operations Centre.
•    Travel on a regular basis to various JTI locations.


To be successful you:

 

•    Must be a strong, accomplished communicator, able to understand human psychology
•    Must be a creative writer and engaging presenter, able to distinguish your audience and articulate your message to maximum effect, whether this be written or verbal
•    Are highly skilled to build strong and effective working relationships across a wide JTI team
•    Working experience in similar role 
•    Have experience in managing global projects
•    Have working knowledge in IT security (data protection, compliance, cybersecurity, etc.) - CISSP, CISM or equivilent qualification would be an asset
•    Speak and write fluent English (other foreign languages will be an asset)

 

•    And above all have the energy and enthusiasm to drive behavioral change.
