GSC Finance Leaf & Blend Manager

 

 

About the position:

Join our dynamic GSC Finance team as a GSC Finance Leaf & Blend Manager. In this pivotal role, you will partner with stakeholders to support and guide them in making well-informed financial decisions. You will oversee intercompany transactions globally, manage the consolidated Leaf & Blend financial picture, and focus on planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. This is your chance to make a significant impact while working on an international level across Global Supply Chain functions, including factories, Leaf Origins, R&D, and Leaf Planning.

 

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Serve as the main contact for financial matters related to intercompany transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation and validation of Annual & Strategic Planning (ASP) templates from various functions, contributing to overall leaf cost calculations.
  • Oversee and continuously improve global database tools.
  • Ensure full visibility and transparency of intercompany transactions, supporting Global Functions and factories with data availability.
  • Collaborate with global tax and business model teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate parts of the global SAP Cost Roll Out process.
  • Support cost simulation processes and partner with various teams within JTI.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in Controlling/Finance/Planning within the FMCG industry.
  • University degree (bachelor or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or other analytical fields.
  • Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on delivering financial results.
  • Teamwork and cooperation spirit.
  • Accuracy and ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, SAP financial modules, and BW; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, and is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
