Finance Controller
What this position is about - Purpose:
This role provides comprehensive financial support to designated functions, focusing on budgeting, performance management, and financial advisory. It involves ensuring accurate financial and headcount data, preparing reports and summaries for decision-making, supporting system-related matters, and offering guidance on financial processes. The ideal candidate brings experience in planning, controlling, and reporting, delivering high-quality, efficient financial support.
What will you do - Responsibilities:

Support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

Ensure data accuracy and prepare financial summaries

Collaborate with Finance and Global teams on budgeting

Provide financial analysis and system support

Assist with project evaluations and cost tracking

Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Drive process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years finance experience, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.
- Strong budgeting and planning experience (FP&A) with exposure to senior management.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, BW, Excel. TM1 experience is a plu
