What this position is about - Purpose:


•    Be a part of Enterprise Architecture (EA) function established to ensure a sustainable and cost-effective technical architecture for JTI Core solutions and new strategic initiatives whilst enabling innovation and delivering Value to JTI business 
•    Contribute to the reinforcement of the EA discipline and strategy, develop EA roadmap in JTI and put in place an actionable plan and governance for EA adoption 
•    Be an ambassador of EA best practices and artifacts to enable better decision-making and alignment of IT activities to Business strategies, in particular, using the Business Capability framework 

What will you do - Responsibilities:


•    Establish core EA principles and establish an awareness program to increase the knowledge about EA practice within IT 
•    Maintain the end-to-end picture of the JTI Enterprise Model from Business, Applications, Information, Technology and Security perspectives, including the current state and the roadmaps
•    Maintain and enhance the Business Capability-based planning model to serve multiple use cases (IT investments prioritization, technology selection, application rationalization, IT workload analysis, capability maturity planning, and others) 
•    Maintain the 3-year technology and solutions roadmaps and assess the overall directions, synergies, risks, and areas of focus for the planning period   
•    Play an advisory role to IT teams on key initiatives and bring the EA artifacts to structure and add value to these initiatives, raise visibility on the new opportunities
•    Use and promote BiZZdesign platform for all EA and Solution Architecture modeling activities
•    Manage EA knowledge repository and regularly share with key EA stakeholders to ensure awareness
•    Develop strategies and governance frameworks for key priority areas, e.g. build/contribute to the enterprise UX Strategy 
•    Support CTO on strategic management and governance of Technology services.


Who are we looking for - Requirements:


•    You have an IT University Degree or equivalent 
•    10+ years of overall experience in the IT discipline in a multi-national environment
•    5+ years as Enterprise Architect 
•    Good functional knowledge of a broad range of business processes 
•    TOGAF or similar certification is a big plus  
•    Strong experience in Business Architecture, in particular, with Business Capability framework is a big plus 
•    Experience with BiZZdesign and ArchiMate is a big plus 
•    Strong experience with building and driving new IT strategies from scratch, e.g. create Enterprise-wide UX/Data/Platform/Cloud/Digital strategies, etc.
•    Experience with building/maintaining an Enterprise UX strategy will be a very big plus 
•    Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods, good understanding of solution architecture concepts, standards and patterns, experience in the technology selection process
•    Good understanding of technology trends like cloud, analytics, mobility, integration, big data, security
•    Experience in Data, Infrastructure or Security architecture will be also an asset 
•    Solid understanding of IT Processes and the frameworks like ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, etc.
•    Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
•    The holistic mindset with a cross-enterprise view and ability to evaluate both short and long-term perspectives and perform tradeoff analysis 
•    Ability to keep strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate and deliver executive presentations to senior management 
•    Excellent analytical skills, proactivity, structured and results-driven way of working with attention to detail, and ability to get things done
•    Creative problem solver and strategic thinker, passionate about user satisfaction and user-centered design 
•    Highly motivated, hardworking individual with a desire to continually learn new skills and improve
•    Fluent English is an absolute must
