P&C ELC Specialist

(Temporary contract - 2 years )

 

 

 

About the position:

 

P&C ELC Specialist must ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for the in-scope zones to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

 

Main areas of responsibility:

 

  • Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several  markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets
  • Provide quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR, benefits and other in scope systems
  • Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
  • Capture and document new procedures, provide process improvements ideas

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1 - 2  years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
  • SAP HR knowledge and/or Experience in administrative role is a must
  • Profound knowledge of HR Administration, Organizational Management processes
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset; excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach
