Digital Sales Solution Manager


What this position is about - Purpose:


This is a challenging opportunity to create, manage and develop JTI digital ecosystem and business application focusing on internal and external clients (commercial customers). We look for a person interested in new solutions to further support CRM development & BI systems and other supporting tools according to market changes and business needs. The major objective behind the position is to ensure commercial operational efficiency and the constant search for new improving solutions.


What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for managing a development and operation of digital ecosystem (i.a. online platform for retailers, picture recognition features, etc.) that support JTI’s operational efficiency in order to grow sales and share of market.
  • You will manage continuous improvement of CRM, Business Intelligence and other automated processes & tools in order to deliver high quality data for making business decisions.
  • You will closely cooperate with Sales functions and will be advising on activities planning for field sales force (e.g. workload, route and territories planning)
  • You will be a local lead for implementing global IT solutions & improvements along with relevant policies, procedures, control systems, trainings and communication to relevant parties.
  • You will also be closely liaising with IT department to ensure systems stability and maintenance of back office warehouse data connected with: SAP, online platforms, SQL databases and data flows.
  • You will be managing the team of 6 people taking care of their motivation, development and well-being.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:


  • MA University degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the environment of CRM systems, data bases and business applications (SQL, Python, VBA, Flow)
  • At least 2 years of experience as team leader (manager) in a FMCG / IT company.
  • Business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in project management
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with changes effectively
  • Knowledge of latest digital / technological trends
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Polish & English fluency
  • Experience in working in agile teams will be an additional advantage
