Financial Systems Development Manager works closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Global Functions in order to deliver financial systems support to management  and finance community at the company.

 

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Management of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) system (Global Performance Management (GPM)) for Finance, that includes ownership of all data and processes end-to-end
  • Management of the HQ FP&A system (MyBudget, TM1 based) for overheads, CAPEX and headcount
  • Supporting business partners in management reporting and analysis
  • Leading project deliverables for FP&A improvement (including requirements analysis, testing and change management), liaise with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Global Functions team to ensure the system is performing correctly
  • Be a first point of contact for users and take responsibility for training users. Management of the Project & Systems activities in scope, i.a. One Data 
  • Ownership and maintenance for detailed GBS transactional documentation, as well as the regular update to ensure core services are executed in line with Corporate requirements
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

 

You as a professional:

  • University degree (Accounting or Finance).
  • A professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA, CPA and equivalent  is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP, BW/BPC/Analysis and TM1 is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial / management reporting in a large multi-national organization
  • Must have good system knowledge
  • Knowledge of project management is  essential
  • Strong command of English Language (oral and written)
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
