Account Payable Associate
Position:
As AP Associate, you will be contributing to the overall efficient operations of the AP department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high-quality services to markets by: timely processing a high volume of incoming invoices and resolving queries with high accuracy, in accordance with existing Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities:

Accurately process a high volume of transactions within a variety of platforms/operational systems in line with existing SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures; meet KPIs and other targets
- Respond to basic requests in a timely, professional manner
- Awareness and understanding of the procedures and policies, including JSOX controls
- Data extraction to support basic reporting tasks
- Organize own workload to meet daily target
- Ability to cooperate effectively within the Team
Professional skills
- Ongoing or complete University Degree (a Plus if in Accounting/Finance area). Work experience required <1 year in GBS/SSC or Finance area
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Readiness to work with repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented; comfortable working in a multinational, cross-functional setup
- Adaptable, resilient, meeting tight deadlines and quick learner

Detail-oriented communicator. Ensures accuracy and communicates effectively while managing own workload
