Quality Improvement Manager

 

 

Position: In this role, you will be responsible for managing Quality Improvement within the Quality Management structure, ensuring project implementation with appropriate assignment of Quality tasks to QI members, leading QI process improvements with consideration for future business environment changes, and overseeing talent management. This includes:

 

  • Managing analysis of product quality, process data, and consumer feedback to identify tasks and find any opportunities to improve Product Quality and process capability
  • Overseeing KPI performance and AP/SP planning
  • Consolidation and reporting to GSCA KPIs, managing FMS; ensuring fast responses to market queries
  • Taking full ownership of all serious quality incident management reported by the market
  • Leading and managing Global and Local improvement activities
  • Playing a crucial role as a support function towards Production needs
  • Managing new/upgraded equipment qualification in terms of product quality and process capability
  • Developing best practices and ensuring that they are operational/effective, and bringing expected improvements
  • Maintaining efficient quality team delivery, with continuous people development

 

Requirements:

 

  • Technical University Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position in Quality Improvement / Quality Management
  • Very good English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, self‑management, and organizational skills
