Position: Permanent

Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Develop and regularly update short-term production plans, including daily adjustments based on previous-day production reports and other factors affecting production
• Prepare relevant production planning reports
• Develop mid-term production plans, including monthly production planning
• Participate in the preparation of the long-term 3-year APSP production plan
• Optimize production plans based on available capacity, productivity data, and scheduled maintenance activities
• Coordinate production planning with Production, Export, Purchasing, Transport, and Customs teams, taking into account customer orders, material availability, and shipping schedules
• Regularly update production plans according to established planning cycles and changing operational requirements
• Ensure alignment between production requirements, material availability, customer demand, and logistics schedules

Requirements:

• University / Technical University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in production plant
• Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build effective relationships
• Resilient, well-organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• PC literacy (Ms Office; advanced Excel); knowledge on ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
