BTS People & Culture Process Expert Manager

 

 

Based in Warsaw, Poland

 

 

If you join us, you will partner with the business to provide consulting expertise in the area of business processes & solution design throughout all the People & culture processes to support the development and maintenance of the technology strategy and implementation of technology portfolio. You will have unique opportunity to work both on the technical and organizational sides of business. You will experience plenty of people interactions. You will work as part of the BTS People & Culture / Compilance team based in various locations.

What will you actually do?

•    You will be a business consultant to provide expertise both on the business process side and system functionality
•    Work together with People & Culture business function, to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring the best practices and solutions. 
•    Bring forward new SAP HCM/SuccessFactors functionality to the business that better meets the business requirements. 
•    Having the ownership of the application support requests coming from Global Service Desk, you will provide application support for both Production and Development with a focus on critical/complex incidents & significant change/service request.
•    Develop relationships and work directly with the People & Culture Business Process Owners & key power users to understand their needs and priorities, share industry trends & supplier product roadmaps, plan and deliver timely and quality solutions ensuring the solutions utilize the full potential of the solutions in the portfolio and are aligned with our technology Strategy.
•    Manage significant / strategic projects in the People & Culture Technology Portfolio (where required) following Project Management best practice.

 

To be successful you:
•    have university degree (preferably in HR or Computer Science / Information Technology)
•    have at least 5 years working experience with SAP HCM &/or SuccessFactors (preferably in a business role or business facing role) 
•    have experience in SAP HCM &/or SuccessFactors configuration
•    have excellent working knowledge of People & Culture processes and solutions
•    must be a strong, accomplished in building relationships with customers and suppliers in a global, multicultural environment
•    be able to moderate and chart improvements in current and future business processes (business process design and architecture skills)
•    poses good knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, change management)
•    have global projects implementation experience
•    speak and write fluent English 

•    SAP certification would be an asset
