Growth Model Coordinator (m/f/d)

 

Position:

  • Coordinates consumer data sourcing activities by collecting agreed internal datasets (sales, usage, activation, etc.), coordinating data access with internal stakeholders, preparing datasets in required formats, performing data quality checks, maintaining documentation and change logs, and ensuring timely data refreshes according to agreed cycles
  • Coordinates consumer research activities by tracking timelines and deliverables, supporting requirements gathering and briefing preparation, liaising with research agencies, monitoring fieldwork progress, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications, and consolidating research outputs into internal-ready formats
  • Supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of consumer intelligence trackers and data streams by coordinating changes to CX, HP, and JTI trackers, aligning implementation details with tracker owners, ensuring stable data flows, and maintaining supporting documentation
  • Prepares consumer intelligence outputs and insights by developing structured analyses and standard reports, summarizing key findings in presentations, highlighting data limitations and gaps, supporting insight-sharing sessions, and assisting with ad hoc analyses under the guidance of the Consumer Intelligence Manager
  • Supports Growth Model operations by coordinating working routines with the Consumer Intelligence Manager, providing validated inputs for model runs, monitoring data delivery issues, identifying risks and gaps, and contributing to model refresh and calibration activities

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with databases
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills
  • MS Access and/or SQL will be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
