E-commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Position:

• Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical, marketing, and sales teams
• Managing and optimizing the website to ensure a positive user experience, including providing recommendations for new features and functionalities
• Applying a data-driven approach to evaluate consumer behavior within the digital environment and recommending solutions that address consumer needs while contributing to overall business growth

Requirements:

• Min. 4  years of experience in e-commerce or UX related roles preferably in highly regulated segments
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and  ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
• Ability to turn complex technical things into simple language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
