Data Management Expert Global Travel Retail 

The purpose of the role is to prepare, process and input the incoming data from different sources (internal, external) around the world into systems to ensure the latest information is available in a timely manner. This must be performed in compliance with defined standards, specific procedures and requirements to ensure systems' structures, data sensitivity, confidentiality and legal boundaries for sharing data as per Sales Data Protocol. This includes supporting all related processes, platforms and systems that capture data and serve as tools/platforms for data processing, storage, exchange and analysis.

Position: 

Data Processing, Analysis, and Reporting 

• Format and standardize raw data from multiple sources to enable accurate system uploads
• Perform volume transfers and other calculations, validating results with relevant stakeholders
• Upload and correct data in Power BI as needed and update associated reports
• Conduct retail audits, including verification of distribution, product presence, and pricing
• Prepare and maintain documentation for each process, updating it as needed to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth backup
• Utilize and maintain Power BI reports to support ongoing analysis
• Analyze market data to generate actionable insights

Data Quality Monitoring 

• Analyze all data in TME & Power BI for consistency, integrity, accuracy and business logic
• Follow-up to ensure on time and quality inputs.
• Check correctness of new data available in Power BI the next day and informs end-users

Maintenance of CRM Database and related devices 

• Create new products with high accuracy & new accounts in alignment with relevant responsible colleagues
• Create and updates existing accounts, list of values, assortment catalogues, routes, planning nodes, hierarchy & all required structures in the system
• Prepare document for each activity/process, updates documents for any change to ensure sharing knowledge and smooth back-up          
• Provide Portfolio Team with accurate SKU codes mappings in order to align different systems (TMEC, SAP, etc.)

Requirements: 

• University degree (Mathematics, IT, Economics)  or equivalent experience
• English (Advanced)
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Experience working with large datasets, including data research and market data analysis
• Experience using Power BI reports; experience in developing Power BI reports would be an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM testing and basic knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, problem-solving skills, and solid computer proficiency
