DATA MANAGEMENT GTR EXPERT

The purpose of the role is to prepare, process and input the incoming data from different sources (internal, exernal) around the world into systems to ensure the latest information is available in a timely manner. This must be performed in compliance with defined standards, specific procedures and requirements to ensure systems' structures, data sensitivity, confidentiality and legal boundaries for sharing data as per Sales Data Protocol. This includes supporting all related processes, platforms and systems that capture data and serve as tools/platforms for data processing, storage, exchange and analysis.

Position:

Processes complex, scattered data:

• Formats and standardizes raw data from different sources to enable upload to the system.
• Performs Volumes transfer and/or other calculations and validates performed preparations with relevant responsible colleagues.
• Performs uploads and/or correction of the data in PowerBI as necessary. Updates relevant reports.
• Performs Retail Audits (Distribution/Product presence, prices ).
• Prepares documents for each activity/process, updates documents for any change to ensure sharing knowledge and smooth back-up.
• PowerBI reports usage and maintenance.
• Market data analysis.

Proactively monitors quality of data:

• Proactively analyzes all data in TME & PowerBI for consistency, integrity, accuracy and business logic.
• Follows-up to ensure on time and quality inputs.
• Checks correctness of new data available in PowerBI the next day and informs end-users.

Maintains CRM database and related devices:  

• Creates new products with high accuracy & new accounts in alignment with relevant responsible colleagues.
• Creates and updates existing accounts, list of values, assortment catalogues, routes, planning nodes, hierarchy & all required structures in the system.
• Prepares document for each activity/process, updates documents for any change to ensure sharing knowledge and smooth back-up.              
• Provides Portfolio Team with accurate SKU codes mappings in order to align different systems (TMEC, SAP, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher diploma, University degree (Mathematics, IT, Economics)  or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory: Experience querying large datasets; Data research, Market Data analysis, PowerBI reports usage, PBI reports creation as a benefit; CRM testing exprience;  basic knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI experience, Computer skills, Problem Solving, Numerical skills, Analytical mindset.
• English (Advanced).
