CRM Campaign Coordinator
Position: The CRM Campaign Coordinator plans, executes, and optimizes CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and customer value, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels based on business objectives and campaign calendar
- Coordinate campaign execution with regional stakeholders and internal departments to ensure alignment
- Build and validate customer segments based on data, behavior, and campaign objectives while ensuring compliance with marketing consents
- Configure campaigns in CRM systems (e.g. Adobe Campaign) and prepare campaign assets
- Perform quality assurance checks, including test sends, to ensure accurate and flawless campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, retention) and analyze results
- Identify and implement optimization actions to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage campaign calendar and support execution planning processes
- Ensure high attention to detail and consistency in campaign delivery
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end CRM campaign execution
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Adobe Campaign
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good English (written and spoken)
