CRM Analyst

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:
 

  • Creating and managing customer segmentation within databases to support direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, digital)
  • Analyzing consumer data and purchasing behavior to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve CRM performance;
  • Integrating data from multiple sources and systems (e.g., CDP, campaign platforms, sales systems) — working with relational databases and data warehouses (SQL)
  • Automating analytical and marketing processes — developing scripts and tools to support scalable CRM operations
  • Working with direct marketing automation and direct communication tools
  • Building reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for marketing and sales teams
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and delivering data-driven recommendations for future improvements
  • Participating in transformational projects related to customer data, personalization, loyalty, and digital channel development

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:  
 

  • Higher education (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) in quantitative disciplines, computer science, programming, databases, SQL
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with databases, SQL, and Excel. Experience in collaborating with business teams is a plus. Prior experience in campaign performance analysis and results reporting is highly desirable.
  • English - good (both verbal and written) B2
  • Experience working with database
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, logical and aggregate functions)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL (mandatory requirement)
  • Openness to working in a regulated environment (experience in FMCG, Tobacco, or Pharma is a plus)

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Familiarity with R or Python programming (especially for data analysis and automation)
  • Experience working with CDP (Customer Data Platforms), DWH (Data Warehouses), and marketing automation systems
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
