To support the implementation & ongoing support of our new Global Business Services function we are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, change driving:



Finance Process Analyst Manager



Based in Warsaw, Poland


You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, continuous improvement and operational support of new Finance business services delivery model incorporating GBS. You will ensure end users are up-to-date and knowledgeable of Finance systems, business processes and best practices. Your responsibilities will include Finance process & solution design, configuration, testing and training; as well as business relationship management, project management, service delivery and vendor management.

What will you actually do?

•    Identify new functionalities and solutions to enhance GBS and Finance business processes
•    Map identified business requirements to the solutions portfolio, leveraging core platforms` latest functionalities where possible (e.g. SAP S/4, Concur, etc)
•    Working closely with GBS & IT Finance Team, design Finance processes, configure system, write and execute tests, coordinate migration activities as well as prepare and execute training 
•    Ensure clear understanding of business requirements and provide appropriate solutions
•    Implement change requests, resolve incidents and deliver projects / new releases
•    Prepare and maintain solution documentation including configuration, business process flows and process description documents, application portfolio records and training
•    Ensure end-users are up-to-date and knowledgeable of Finance systems, business processes and best practices
•    Work directly with GBS Service Delivery Leads and Center Process Leads on one side and internal Global IT teams, external software and service providers on the other side to ensure delivery of timely and quality solutions. 
•    Select and manage vendors (due diligence, contract legal compliance and management, KPI reporting and monitoring)


It will be easier for you to accomplish the tasks if you:

•    Have at least 3-year working experience with SAP (ECC, S/4) or other global Finance solutions preferably either in a business role or business facing role 
•    Have excellent knowledge of Finance business processes and solutions
•    Have experience in global projects and serviced customers in multicultural environment
•    Possess business processes moderating, charting and management skills
•    Know how IT processes go (e.g. incident, problem, change)
•    Speak and write fluent English

•    Have experience in configuration and development of SAP Finance (ECC, S/4) 
•    Know how to use analytical packages (e.g. SAP BW, SAP Analytics, MS Power BI)
•    Are familiar with VeriSM or ITIL principles (certification would be an asset)
•    Know how to test application, procedures and create test scenarios
