Aligned with the department strategy, this role drives internal tool development and coordinates with diverse technical and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence and digital transformation

What will you do?

• Lead the successful rollout and adoption of the ChatJTI tool across JTI and JT Tobacco entities, ensuring user engagement and value realization
• Champion GenAI awareness and responsible adoption, delivering targeted training, guidance, and advocacy initiatives
• Oversee and manage internal technology projects, driving solution delivery from concept through implementation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls, standards, and best practices within the Technology Innovation department

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, solution delivery, or related roles within a global environment
• Proven expertise in internal tools development, and project management
•  Experience with Azure or cloud technologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. GenAI knowledge is a must
• Inclusive leadership, collaboration, adaptability, accountability, and a passion for innovation. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
