Treasury Expert (m/f/d)
About the position:
As Treasury Expert you will be part of Global Treasury / Treasury Middle Office based in Warsaw. In this role you will help ensure the required level of control and compliance with policies and procedures through reporting and analysis across key Middle Office pillars.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Risks monitoring and reporting through regular operational and management reports
- Execute treasury controls and reporting to ensure global treasury operations and hedging process compliance with policies and procedures and JSOX
- Maintain full knowledge and understanding of end-to-end Treasury JSOX and operational controls framework
- Review the controls framework, liaise with Treasury Teams, GBS and FCG to ensure controls match the changing treasury environment and processes
- Support Western Europe Treasury management, including preparation of liquidity forecasts for pooled entities, ensure completeness and accuracy
- Participate in Global Treasury projects and act as a SME on internal Treasury Middle Office projects and initiatives
- Contribution to strategic global treasury projects and PMO on projects and initiatives driven by Middle Office
- Drive improvements in Treasury operations, controls and reporting (scalability and benefits realization)
- Acting as a focal point for other Treasury, GBS and market teams and stakeholders
- Participate in bank application access management processes and in-house administration
- Other (manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request)
Requirements:
- University degree from an accredited institution
- ACT/CFA qualification or high development program is a plus
- At least three years of experience in a corporate Treasury environment
- Proven expertise in: treasury operations, accounting and controls
- Change management experience
- SAP experience essential (FSCM & FI) in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced data analysis and reporting)
- Knowledge of additional reporting/visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Persistence and “can do” attitude

- Ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems
