Talent Advisor with French or Portuguese (m/f/d)

 

 

Position Purpose:

In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers across the Americas to attract talent globally. You’ll guide candidates with empathy, coordinate key recruitment steps, and work closely with both hiring teams and HR partners to create a smooth, positive, people‑first experience. 

 

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes and support candidate sourcing activities for assigned roles

  • Conduct phone conversations with candidates to assess their motivation and alignment with role requirements

  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, updates, and feedback

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

  • Maintain accurate process documentation and support recruitment administration

  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates

  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience

 

Requirements:

  • University degree preferred
  • Fluency in French or Portuguese, and a good command of English

  • Experience in a corporate environment, especially in customer-facing roles (e.g. customer service, account support, operations), will be considered an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Resilience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Interest in recruitment, HR processes, or talent attraction

  • Openness to work closely with hiring managers across the Americas region, with working hours aligned to those markets (approximately 12:00–20:00) to enable real-time collaboration
