Senior IAG Solutions Integration Manager (m/f/d)
Position Purpose:
JTI has delivered the first milestones of the project related to Identity and Access Governance (named as GIGA).
The project is constituted of several phases which are aiming at managing the user lifecycle of all our employees.
You will be part of a dedicated Identity development team. In this position, you will be in charge of capturing the business requirements and translating them to technical requirements, configuring, customizing Sailpoint Identity IIQ or ISC to support the delivery of our Identity and Access project.
Position:
Development skills
- IIQ or ISC Solution Configuration and Maintenance: Deploy and maintain the Sailpoint Identity solution
- Ensuring Excellence and Business Continuity: Propose solutions that maintain robust provisioning processes without impacting business continuity
Business Analysis and Project Management skills
- Capture and Standardize Integration: Identify business requirements and propose standardized way for integrating them into existing JTI provisioning processes
- Translate Requirements: Convert business requirements into technical specifications and SailPoint design solutions, offering innovative and robust technical approaches
- Collaborate with Authorization Team: Work closely with the Authorization team to ensure proper access provisioning to applications
- UAT Scenario Creation and Management: Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders
- Regression Testing Integration: Incorporate UAT scenarios into regression tests as needed
Level 3 support
- Troubleshoot complex issues and fully understand of what is the root cause. Find the way of tuning & changing available configurations to solve the issues
Knowledge Management
- Acquire and maintain firm level of knowledge in accordance to group standards as a result of trainings and service experience, knowledge-based usage
- Actively seek for new knowledge, be aware of newly introduced policies and procedures, and apply in day-to-day operations, identify knowledge-gaps and make proposals for Knowledge base extension.
- Share new information with the team members aiming for effective communication within the group.
Policies and compliance
- Adhere to internal department schedule. Perform the activities associated with the daily role prescribed by the schedule and be aware of the schedule
- Comply with JTI Policies & Procedure, internal processes and SLAs, IT policies and JSOX controls as specified in the JSOX Global Reference Model
Requirements:
- University IT Development Degree - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English
- At least 5 years of working experience in Java/Beanshell development
- At least 2 years of working experience supporting an end-to-end Sailpoint Identity IQ solution
- Knowledge of DB concepts (SQL query understanding and basic writing)
- Ability to work effectively in a diversified team
- Sailpoint (IIQ or ISC) development strong expertise (Workflows, connectors including custom ones, identity management, rules, tasks, roles, reports including custom ones
- Process / business analysis skills and a creative mindset
