Process Analyst Manager (m/f/d)
Position Purpose:
The position exists to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Learning & Development processes, within the People & Culture Technology landscape, primarily based on SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related capabilities.
The role ensures end-to-end ownership, configuration, and continuous optimization of Learning solutions globally, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, user-centric, and aligned learning experiences supporting workforce development and business priorities.
The role operates within a product-oriented (fusion) delivery model, collaborating with Business, Product Owners, and BTS teams to drive continuous, value-driven delivery, measurable impact, and long-term product evolution.
Position:
Learning Solution Ownership
- Act as global SME for SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Own functional design, configuration, and continuous optimization
- Drive standardization and scalability of global learning processes
- Ensure alignment with P&C strategy
Enhancements & Project Delivery
- Lead functional design and implementation of learning-related enhancements and projects
- Translate business requirements into configuration and technical specifications
- Operate within product-based (fusion) teams, ensuring continuous delivery
- Support global rollouts and change management
Operations & Release Management
- Own complex incidents and major change requests within learning scope
- Support and manage quarterly SuccessFactors releases
- Perform regression testing and ensure solution stability
- Maintain system integrity, data consistency and audit compliance
- Collaboration with L1 (GSD) and L2 (AMS) support lines
Governance, Vendor & Documentation Management
- Manage vendor relationships within scope of responsibility
- Ensure documentation is maintained (configuration, process flows, test scripts)
- Ensure compliance with IT Security, Data Protection and J-SOX requirements
- Contribute to knowledge base and continuous improvement of BTS delivery model
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 4–6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on: Learning Management System (LMS) module and Learning & Development processes (learning lifecycle, curricula, certifications, compliance training)
- Proven hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Exposure to or experience with AI-enabled learning solutions, analytics, or personalization capabilities is considered an advantage
- Experience in global project implementation, enhancements, and release management
- Experience working in product-based / agile (fusion) environments
- Experience managing stakeholders and vendors in global settings
- Experience supporting system lifecycle and releases
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and solution design
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Understanding of AI-enabled learning capabilities (recommendations, personalization, skills-based learning)
- Knowledge of integrations with Employee Central and external learning/content systems
- Strong project delivery and product lifecycle management capabilities
- Knowledge of IT service management (Incident, Change, Release)
- Awareness of data privacy, audit and compliance requirements
