Purchasing Operations Associate
The PO Associate ensures efficient operations of the Purchasing Operations department by delivering high-quality service to markets. Key responsibilities include processing support desk queries, validating purchase requests, and creating purchase orders in the ERP system with high accuracy. The role also involves supporting reporting through data extraction, participating in team meetings, and collaborating effectively while following best practices
Position:

Accurately process a high volume of transactions across various systems in line with SOPs, Company Policies, and defined KPIs

Respond to basic support queries in a timely and professional manner
-
Organize own workload to meet daily performance targets
-
Ensure awareness and compliance with internal procedures and JSOX controls
-
Actively participate in team meetings and huddles, cooperating effectively within the team and across functions

Support basic reporting activities through data extraction

Perform other ad-hoc tasks and activities as requested by the manager
Requirements:

Ongoing or completed university degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
High attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Fast learner, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
-
Good communication and organizational skills.
-
Team-oriented and comfortable in a multinational setup.
-
Readiness to perform repetitive tasks.
-
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
-
Experience with SAP will be an asset.
