Product Expert Manager
What is this role about:
Product Expert Manager will lead market pre-assessment to understand gaps in global feature catalogue; assist the market in gap analysis during market facing activities. Communicate effectively with the Product Manager and DES Roadmap Lead to ensure that all requirements are understood and prioritized accordingly. Guarantee requirements are meeting DoR (Definition of Ready).
What you’ll be doing:
- Support cluster UX/UI expert in integrating requirements in user experience
- Act as subject matter expert for business features in respective delivery team
- Decompose initiatives into delivery tasks. Write, refine, prioritize, and accept user stories; incl. elaboration of requirements for business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure features meet the acceptance criteria and comply with Definition of Done (DoD). Conducts validation sessions with the Product Manager, Business Stakeholders.
- Secure end-user / business facing documentation is up to date and ready for its usage in trainings, market sessions, etc.
What we’re looking for:
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, plus additional business education
- 4+ years of Digital IT experience within multinational FMCG companies, acting both as business analyst and product owner. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of technology used within consumer facing landscape: Adobe Experience, Magento and the surrounding ecosystem Payment Gateways, Age Verification, Order Management System. Good understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management systems. Working experience with JIRA tools, especially, Continous Integration/Continous Delivery domain
- Ability to Travel to European and US markets
- Use and management of Adobe Experience Manager, Magento Solutions
- Application lifecycle management and quality assurance methodology experience
- Vendor & business relationship management
