MD Specialist (f/m/d)
 
Why does this role exist?
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic international team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality, reliable data that supports business operations across markets.

What will you do?
 
In this role, you will:
  • Process and maintain Material Master Data in line with company standards, ensuring accuracy and data quality (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Perform data validation and support ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Handle requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve data issues, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and system/process issues and report them via proper channels
  • Manage your own workload to meet daily operational targets
  • Support reporting and basic data analysis within your scope
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives
  • Support projects, transitions, and testing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, supporting onboarding of new joiners

 

Who are we looking for?
 
  • 1+ year of experience in Master Data or a similar operational role
  • Understanding of end-to-end Material MD processes (P2P knowledge is a plus)
  • SAP/ERP knowledge and solid Excel/MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Fluent English (B2+)
