MD Senior Specialist (f/m/d)
The MD (Master Data) Senior Specialist role supports efficient operations and high service standards within the Master Data department. The role focuses on delivering quality services through accurate processing, data analysis, continuous improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Accurately process high volumes of transactions in line with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies
- Manage queries and resolve issues efficiently while identifying and escalating risks
- Support team operations and step in as back-up when needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls including JSOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley)
- Contribute to team engagement, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support decision-making
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in transitions, system testing, and projects as a power user
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within GBS (Global Business Services)
- University degree or ongoing studies preferably in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Master Data
- English skills at B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of end-to-end MD (Master Data) processes, with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) knowledge as an advantage
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP (Systems Applications and Products)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage workload and work under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
