Master Data Project Delivery Lead

 

 

 

Purpose: 

 

At this stage, the position is temporary(18 M) and dedicated to the Master Data Standardization Program, with a focus on process standardization, quality, and governance.

Project Delivery Coordinator drives the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives by bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to cross-functional work. Acting as the central coordination point, the role ensures alignment, transparency, and smooth collaboration across all stakeholders - keeping projects moving forward and delivering real business value.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Strategic Value Delivery
    •    Translate business objectives into clear project outcomes and measurable KPIs
    •    Ensure continuous alignment between project activities and organisational priorities
    •    Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improved value or efficiency

 

  • Adaptive Planning & Hybrid Delivery
    •    Lead end-to-end planning and delivery using hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) approaches tailored to each initiative
    •    Maintain project schedules, scope, resource plans, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
    •    Anticipate risks and dependencies early, coordinating mitigation with responsible teams
    •    Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and follow organisational processes and controls

 

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
    •    Serve as the central coordination point between business teams, GBS, D&IT and Change Management
    •    Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and impacts clearly to diverse audiences
    •    Facilitate steering groups, project meetings, workshops, and working sessions — prepare agendas, document minutes, and track actions
    •    Support local/regional teams by clarifying project expectations, processes, and data-related requirements

 

  • Team Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    •    Enable effective collaboration across GBS, D&IT, functional and operational stakeholders
    •    Remove blockers and support teams in driving work forward efficiently
    •    Foster a transparent, cooperative working environment
    •    Promote continuous improvement and structured ways of working

 

  •  Reporting & Documentation
    •    Prepare clear, structured project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
    •    Maintain complete documentation including process flows, decision logs, training materials, and project artefacts
    •    Ensure documentation remains current and accessible throughout the project lifecycle

 

  •  Delivery Governance (incl. Data Governance & Master Data Alignment)
    •    Ensure project delivery follows governance standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements
    •    Oversee alignment with data governance, data quality, and master data management frameworks
    •    Support process refinement or redesign related to master data, ensuring alignment with global standards and governance practices
    •    Collaborate with D&IT, Compliance, Controls, and Change Management teams to ensure integrated and well-coordinated delivery
    •    Monitor vendor involvement, contract obligations, and scope adherence when third parties are engaged

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in project delivery may also be considered
    Additional project management education or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) are a plus
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a corporate or multinational environment
    Proven ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards
    Experience working alongside D&IT teams and navigating structured governance processes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, with a strong ability to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels in an international, multicultural environment
  •  4–8 years of project management experience, ideally in cross-functional or data-related environments
  •  Strong command of hybrid project methodologies and structured delivery practices
  •  Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  •  Ability to navigate complex organisations and collaborate effectively with IT and Data teams
  •  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in reporting and governance
  •  Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Power BI)
  •  PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) are beneficial but not required
