Global Warehouse Manager NTM&RRP
Position: In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the centralization and optimization of our global warehousing network. You’ll lead NTM, RRP & FG warehousing operations globally, ensure compliance with corporate standards, establish new centralized distribution centers, deploy global playbooks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all markets. This includes:
- Oversee NTM/RRP/Finished Goods warehouse operations (JTI + 3PL/4PL) and ensure compliance with global safety, quality, security & sustainability standards
- Lead network design studies and support the creation of new central distribution centers
- Develop and deploy the global NTM Warehousing Playbook; drive Lean/Six Sigma/IWS excellence initiatives
- Manage budgets, monitor operational costs, and deliver financial efficiency improvements.
- Govern Supplier Relationship Management and collaborate with Procurement; oversee audits (FM Global, Insurance, Security).
- Act as key contact for logistics escalations; monitor supplier performance & support LogEx deployment.
- Translate global best practices into regional execution to increase efficiency and capability.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in warehousing & logistics (FMCG/tobacco preferred)
- Strong background in large‑scale warehouse operations and network optimization
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, IWS or similar CI methodologies
- Solid financial acumen and proven cost‑efficiency achievements
- Strong supplier and contract management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership & change management abilities
- Experience with ERP, WMS, 3PL/4PL operations, and core warehouse processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Fluent in English and Polish
