Make Your Mark in Global Mobility – Join Our Team!

Are you ready to be part of something special in Global Mobility? We’re looking for a passionate, proactive individual to lead key activities throughout the assignment lifecycle and deliver an unforgettable experience for assignees across 60+ countries. This isn’t just another job, it is an opportunity to make an impact, shape the future of mobility, and be part of a team that’s changing the future.

As the go-to contact for assignees and P&C, you’ll manage everything from program applications and policy exceptions to compensation & benefits, onboarding, and offboarding. You’ll work side by side with both internal and external teams to ensure that the assignee experience is seamless and exceptional. And, as part of our culture of continuous improvement, you will have the chance to innovate and elevate our processes, all while delivering the best service.
Why you will love it here: We are a diverse, dynamic team of forward-thinkers who embrace new ideas and push boundaries. If you are excited to work in a fast-paced, global environment with the freedom to make a real impact, this is the place for you! 😊

What you will do:

Assignee Lifecycle Management:
•    Own the onboarding/offboarding process from A to Z, compensation schedules, net-to-net calculations, assignment letters, briefings, and employment terms.
•    Collaborate with vendors and be the first point of contact (tax, immigration, relocation, etc.) to guarantee an outstanding experience every step of the way.
Mobility Programs Management:
•    Be a trusted advisor and driving force behind our mobility programs, ensuring smooth implementation and consistent policy alignment and compliance.
•    Manage and support compensation and benefits, ensuring assignees feel guided and valued throughout their entire journey.
•    Ensure clear, transparent communication of mobility programs and policies across the business and with assignees, keeping stakeholders informed of any updates.
•    Drive continuous improvement by spotting areas for enhancement and bringing innovative solutions to life.
Business Partnering & Customer Service:
•    Be the expert and go-to partner for P&C teams, Talent Management, and assignees.
•    Serve as the bridge between Home/Host entities and regional P&C teams, ensuring smooth execution of programs and policy compliance, while offering expert guidance on compensation and cost projections.
•    Own the assignee experience, hitting operational KPIs, and consistently improving your performance through feedback. You'll use this feedback to continuously improve and enhance the experience.
•    Lead case management with a proactive approach, delivering solutions for mobility-related queries.
•    Team up with the Global Mobility Operations & Payroll Team to provide seamless, efficient support for assignees, balancing business goals with their needs.
Global Mobility Initiatives & Projects:
•    Lead special projects and reviews that keep our mobility programs aligned with business strategy and evolving assignee needs.
•    Continuously refine and optimize processes to drive efficiency and create the best possible experience for our assignees and our stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a dynamic, results-driven Global Mobility / P&C professional who thrives in an international setting and is ready to roll up their sleeves to provide top-notch support to employees on the move. We need someone who’s eager to bring fresh ideas to the table, solve problems with a creative mindset, and embrace the challenge of a fast-paced environment.

✔ Education & Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience in global mobility, ideally in a GBS environment).
•    At least 5 years of experience in People & Culture and Business Partnering, with a strong track record in managing and administering JTIs Global Mobility programs.
•    Comprehensive understanding of international taxation, social security coordination, and end-to-end global relocation processes.

✔ Skills & Expertise:

•    Fluent in English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and SAP HR is required. Experience with AssignmentPro and People Central is nice to have.
•    Deep knowledge of mobility processes, policies, and terminology is a must.
•    Independent and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership while actively collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals.
•    Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
•    Strong negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
•    A team player with a strong sense of urgency, always striving to improve the experience for all stakeholders.
•    Speak up when it matters: You won’t shy away from managing assignment with specific needs while still ensuring strict adherence to policy compliance.

At our company, we don't just keep things running - we innovate, we lead, and we shape the future. If you're looking for an opportunity to join a high-energy, forward-thinking team and make your mark in global mobility, we want to hear from you! 🚀
