Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Position Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global team and contribute to the transformation of our Supply Chain and Customer Service operations. In this role, you will help ensure that internal and external customers worldwide receive best-in-class service by managing end-to-end order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, and logistics processes across international markets.

As a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including factories, markets, logistics providers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams such as Finance, R&D, and Global Logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless product availability and timely deliveries while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

What will you do?

  • Manage Customer Service and Supply Chain operations within a designated portfolio of markets and customers
  • Process and monitor sales orders, purchase orders, and deliveries in SAP
  • Coordinate the phase-in and phase-out of product portfolios for assigned markets
  • Maintain customer and material master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes
  • Support demand and production planning activities by managing changes in production requirements
  • Ensure continuous product supply and oversee shipment execution
  • Process and monitor transportation activities in SAP Transportation Management modules
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to prepare and manage transportation documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities in collaboration with Finance teams
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable related processes
  • Review and process supplier invoice documentation, including handling blocked invoices
  • Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Contribute to J-SOX control activities within Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management processes
  • Create and manage service-related purchase orders as required
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer and backup coverage

Who are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma, Commercial Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related or relevant experience in a multinational environment (for Specialist level)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills, particularly French or Spanish, will be considered an advantage
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
