Entity Accounting And Reporting Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
This position is responsible for International Financial Reporting Standards and statutory general accounting and reporting activities, supporting the preparation of the group reporting package, contributing to Financial Planning and Analysis activities, and improving related processes
Position:
As the Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist, you will:

Own Global Business Services Record to Report processes from data collection through posting initiation and reporting for general ledger, statutory accounting and reporting, and entity planning

Own relevant Financial Planning and Analysis processes

Prepare draft International Financial Reporting Standards and statutory reporting on time and in accordance with applicable standards and local accounting legislation
-
Support process improvement initiatives and the transformation agenda in cooperation with business partners

Maintain detailed transactional documentation and keep it aligned with corporate and local accounting requirements

Execute internal controls and document all related evidence

Manage ad hoc tasks and projects requested by the manager
Requirements:

University degree, preferably in economics, finance, or accounting
-
Three to five years of experience in general ledger and statutory accounting
-
Fluency in written and spoken English
-
Good communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner to operations

High integrity and the ability to work effectively across cultures
-
Sound judgment in situations where accounting substance and form need to be carefully assessed

Collaborative approach and ability to contribute as a team member
