Role: Permanent
This role exists to ensure accurate and timely IFRS and statutory accounting, reporting, and entity planning, while supporting financial analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement activities within the General Ledger and Record‑to‑Report processes.
- Perform IFRS and statutory accounting and reporting as well as entity planning
- Provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Own GBS Record‑to‑Report processes from data collection through analysis, posting initiation, and reporting within General Ledger
- Prepare draft IFRS and statutory reports in a timely manner and in line with IFRS and local accounting legislation
- Perform key account balance reconciliations including accruals, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intangibles, and intercompany balances
- Maintain detailed GBS transactional documentation in line with IFRS and statutory requirements and ensure alignment with corporate and local accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits, including audit preparation activities
- Execute and support JSOX controls and document evidence accordingly
- Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager
- University degree preferably in economics, finance, or accounting with strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory or local GAAP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Ledger or Record‑to‑Report, including preparation of financial statements in a multinational environment
- Experience in basic Financial Planning and Analysis activities such as budgeting and forecasting
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to act as a business partner
- High integrity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
