Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Program Activation Manager to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of various technical and digital projects within our Marketing & IT division. You will serve as the key liaison between business functions (especially Marketing & Sales) and IT delivery teams, coordinating internal IT resources and external third-party companies to bring initiatives to life on time and within budget. This role combines strong eCommerce project management, functional expertise in digital consumer processes, change management, and IT governance responsibilities — all while driving user adoption and business value across a global digital ecosystem. 

Responsibilities:

Project & Program Delivery

  • Act as a central point of coordination for global and multi-country digital projects, ensuring smooth implementation across diverse markets
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver initiatives according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Design and improve business processes, coordinate configurations (including from external parties), conduct unit testing, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Define and roll out standards, templates, and best practices for consistent delivery
  • Potentially support the training of the business community (key users) and ensure effective knowledge transfer from external consultants

Functional Expertise & Business Partnership

  • Quickly master our digital ecommerce ecosystem (Builder, Magento, OneTrust, CDP etc) and provide deep functional expertise in Digital Consumer processes and related solutions
  • Act as a trusted partner and consultant to the business — deeply understanding needs, processes, and priorities
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, simple, and actionable solutions that maximize application potential
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers to deliver timely, high-quality solutions while promoting full utilization and adoption of digital tools
  • Lead and coordinate application testing activities (including new support packages, releases, functionality, and customizing) in close collaboration with quality assurance and technical teams

IT Governance & Communication

  • Ensure proper IT governance for all Marketing & Sales-related matters.
  • Facilitate clear, transparent, and effective communication between business functions, IT delivery teams, and third-party vendors

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project/program management, ideally in an eCommerce, digital transformation, marketing technology, or consumer-facing IT environment
  • Strong background acting as a liaison between business (Marketing/Sales) and IT/Development teams, including management of external vendors
  • Experience in change management, demand analysis, solution feasibility assessment, and user adoption initiatives
  • Solid understanding of testing coordination, business process improvement, and documentation in enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — ability to translate between technical and business language
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Previous exposure to global/multi-country rollouts of digital solutions (e.g., e-commerce, CMS, CRM, marketing automation, consumer engagement platforms)
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and global vs. local solution management
  • Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or regulated industries
