D&IT Change Management Partner
Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement strategy and approach for successfully managing business changes and business applications knowledge in JTI, in alignment with D&IT strategy. You will act as the change partner to relevant BTS and Business functions and is plays key role in realization of the benefits of implemented changes by ensuring user adoption of business processes and systems for relevant business capabilities. This role ensures that each project/initiative understands the scope of change management effort and plans/executes all necessary steps in accordance with JTI's D&IT change management framework. The position bears direct responsibility for change management activities in major IT related initiatives and also supervises change management consultants in other projects. In addition this role builds and implements strategies to ensure power user engagement in relevant functional area.
Position:
- Identify change requirements and assess change management risks across all projects within the Technology Investment Portfolio, in collaboration with Business and IT project leads
- Define and recommend the appropriate change management approach based on assessment outcomes, ensuring availability of required change management resources
- Take ownership of developing and delivering change management work plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and integrate them into overall project plans to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer from project teams to business-as-usual and user adoption groups, including defining and monitoring transition plans
- Oversee training delivery activities, including selection of the training approach and end-to-end management of execution
- Ensure high-quality delivery of Digital & IT (business applications) training services within relevant functional areas
- Facilitate regular training needs assessments for both power users and end users
- Where applicable, recruit, onboard, and support consultants and partner resources, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and maintaining long-term professional collaboration within JTI projects
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- 3+ years of experience in change management, talent management, or project management
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale business application implementations
- Proven ability to break down complex tasks, plan and execute initiatives, and analyze operational performance
- Strong interest in technology and solid IT awareness
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Understanding of modern learning and communication tools and platforms
- Ability to define KPIs and develop reporting mechanisms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
- Strong listening skills, adaptability, and a creative approach to problem-solving
