Consumer Data Governance & Quality Expert (m/f/d)

• Monitor, analyse and improve the quality of consumer data
• Define, document and monitor data quality rules and controls
• Perform data profiling, analysis, validation and remediation activities
• Coordinate data remediation activities addressing identified quality issues
• Analyse data trends and quality metrics to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
• Support the implementation and maintenance of global data governance frameworks, standards, business rules and validation controls
• Promote adherence to global data definitions, business glossaries and critical data element standards
• Support the onboarding of new markets into data quality and governance processes
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into data quality and governance actions
• Support communication, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to consumer data quality

• A professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics or another data-focused function
• Educational background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics or Statistics
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles, including data lineage, data dictionaries and governance platforms
• Experience in data analysis and data validation
• Experience working with SQL and databases
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to interpret and document business rules and data standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
