Accounts Receivable & Cash Management Expert (m/f/d)
Position Purpose:
As Accounts Receivable & Cash Management Expert you will be reporting to Team Lead in the GBS O2C team based in Poland. As a candidate you should have excellent language skills and an international mindset.
As Accounts Receivable & Cash Management Expert you will be responsible for:
- Bank Accounts Management & Reconciliation
- Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination (incl. Standardization & Harmonization)
- JSOX Controls and Compliance
- Maintain a High Level of Service with all Business Partners
What will you do:
- Very good understanding of Cash Management (incl. bank statement upload, cash allocation, posting and clearing, bank accounts management incl. opening and closing etc.)
- Coordination of month end activities according to agreed schedule (incl. key accounts reconciliation, unallocated payments, aged open items and various reporting etc.). Preparation of month-end closing materials, variance analysis and explanations
- Monitor Financial Crime Prevention Measures (PFC)
- Coordination of Customer Specific Queries
- Projects coordination within AR & CM function, including system implementations, process improvements, and transformation initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, progress monitoring, timelines management, and successful delivery of project objectives
- Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures
- Support Management in ad hoc queries/information requests
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance
- Proven experience in Cash Management/Treasury
- Min. 3 years of experience in a multi-county environment; preferably within Shared Service Operations or a BPO setting
- Experience in Team Management, supervision, or mentoring of junior staff will be considered an additional asset
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to drive performance and development within a team
- Excellent English in both written and oral; additional language will be an asset
- Very good understanding of IT systems in general (incl. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Very good knowledge of SAP system is a must
- Persistence and 'can do' attitude
- Self-directed, well organized and effective team member able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- High level of accuracy and very good analytical skills
- Analyse and solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Ability to communicate across organization and stakeholders
