Position:
As the Accounts Payable Expert, you will
- Oversee and support the accurate and timely posting of high-volume vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies
- Analyze and solve intricate inquiries, handle initial blocking issues, and provide root cause analysis as necessary
- Keep an eye on performance indicators and targets, pinpoint process inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements
- Implement JSOX and other AP-level controls, keep process documentation current, and maintain team-wide compliance
- Actively support team development by onboarding new joiners, identifying skill gaps, and sharing guidelines
- Collaborate on transitions and contribute to ongoing projects, such as conducting risk assessments and planning for mitigation
- Cultivate strong, effective teamwork with essential internal collaborators and external participants
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of implementing selected ideas
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, with a solid background in PTP
- Fluent English
- Strong SAP knowledge, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Confidence in handling customer issues and training new team members
