Accounts Payable Associate (m/f/d)

Position:

As an AP Associate within the P2P – AP team, you will contribute to the efficient operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring high standards and quality of service. Your main objective will be to process a high volume of incoming invoices and resolve queries promptly and accurately, in line with company policies and procedures. You will also support basic reporting tasks, participate actively in team meetings, and collaborate effectively within a multinational, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process high volume of transactions across various platforms, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies; meet KPIs and targets.
• Sort, scan, and archive incoming invoices; confirm balances and statements of account.
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of procedures and policies, including JSOX controls.
• Actively participate in team meetings and cooperate effectively within the team, following best practices for cross-team collaboration.
• Extract data to support basic reporting tasks.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ongoing or completed university degree (preferably in Accounting/Finance).
• Up to 1 year of experience in Finance area.
• English language proficiency (B2+).
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
• Fast learner with effective communication skills; able to manage own workload and work well in a team.
• Comfortable working in a multinational, cross-functional setup; readiness to work with repetitive tasks.
