Trade Activation Programs Manager

 

 

Position:

Purpose of the role is to develop and execute a comprehensive trade activation strategy across all channels in the Baltic countries, supporting sales and marketing objectives. This includes

  • analyzing market data and identifying opportunities,
  • planning and implementing trade (retail staff) activities,
  • managing budgets,
  • collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with strategic objectives,
  • tracking performance, providing market intelligence, and continuously seeking improvements to maximize impact and success.

 

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Minimum of Bachelor's degree of Marketing/Economics/Business and 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
  • Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of digital tools. 
  • Soft skills: Proactive mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude, strong organizational & proficient collaboration skills.
