People & Culture Specialist Lithuania

Temporary

 

 

Position:

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support for People & Culture (P&C) projects and initiatives, helping drive smooth and efficient business operations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to offboarding,
  • coordinating Learning & Development (L&D) programs to foster employee growth,
  • maintaining P&C systems and platforms to reflect accurate organizational structure and employee data records,
  • ensuring all personnel documentation is maintained in compliance with the local legislation,
  • drafting/updating P&C policies and providing day-to-day support in Compensation & Benefits administration.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in related field preferably in an international company (FMCG),
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, written and spoken,
  • Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information,
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities,
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP/SAP HR knowledge is considered a plus,
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
